Our Story
Shelly Jelly began with a simple desire — to make the most of a flourishing lemon tree and the herbs growing nearby. After experimenting with jelly, jam, and marmalade recipes, I realized I needed to create something truly my own to honor the vibrant flavor of my citrus garden.
That beautiful lemon tree became the heart of Shelly Jelly. Each jar is made using organic lemon juice, zest, pulp, and our signature homemade pectin. I discovered a way to use the entire fruit, creating a product that’s both distinctive and full of character. Over time, I began pairing citrus with fresh herbs and garden-grown ingredients like rosemary, lavender, grapefruit, and sweet peppers — adding a boutique, gourmet twist to traditional recipes.
With plenty of taste testing from family and friends, I refined my flavors into the ones we’re proud to offer today: Lemon Marmalade, Lemon Grapefruit Marmalade, Jalapeño Red Pepper Jelly, Lemon Rosemary Jelly, Lemon Lavender Jelly
